Our repair service includes
- Repairing defective devices
- Calibration and adjustment service in the event of measurement deviations
Please note that as of December 31, 2023 we will no longer provide support and service for the outdated products METIS MQ, MF11, MS, MI, MP, HQ, HL, HI up to serial number 5999, SIRIUS up to serial number 1999 and POLARIS up to serial number 1999, discontinued,i.e. repairs, calibrations and adjustments are no longer carried out. A complete list including available replacement devices can be found on the page Discontinued products.
Send in devices
Method:
- Please fill out the RMA request below for each device you wish to return (alternatively, you can contact us directly and we will send you an RMA form).
We use the serial number to check the warranty status. - Accept the data privacy policy and press "Submit".
- You will then receive a reply email with your details and the attached RMA number. Print out the e-mail and enclose it with the shipment.
